Rain in the Desert? That's for the Birds!

Pueblo Grande received 1.14 inches of rain during the first weekend in March.  The platform mound and northwest compound needed some attention during the Mudslinger’s visit this past weekend.  Overall, the damage is minimal, and we are fortunate about that.  Here are some photos from the site inspections after that rain. Okay, the birds have nothing to do with rain damage, but seeing them come out to play after a nice rain at PGM is one of the perks of this job.

Ducks (don't ask me what kind)
